Return Policy

At Kristin Lynn Kids, we want you and your little ones to love everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for store credit only
  • Items must be returned within **30 days** from the delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be **unworn, unwashed, and in original condition** with all tags attached.

Final sale items(such as clearance items or personalized products) are not eligible for return.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or show visible signs of wear.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@kristinlynnkids.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  3. Pack Your Return:** Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and secure them for shipment.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your store credit within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kristinlynnkids.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

International Returns:At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for international orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional duties or taxes.
